Hello, Friends —
I recognize the irony of this topic as you encounter it on a screen. “Less Pixels, More Paper” would be a better title for a zine! But in lieu of a physical zine, I’m delighted I can reach you on screens.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed by my calendar and to-do list lately. Completing tasks fills me with dopamine, but somehow the list is always refilling! I am happy for the fullness and also craving a bit less. I’d like to spend less time in the pixel-perfect ether and more time in the tangible, surprising, and imperfect world of paper.
In the spirit of craving tangible things, I have some art and words on paper to share with you. Here are some works in progress…
Wishing you less screen time and more sunshine.
xo,
~S
P.S. Thanks for being here! In case you missed it, last month I shared a behind-the-scenes look at prepping and tabling at my local zine fests.
