A humble pigeon has a big question for you.

Hello, Friends -

For some reason I like the idea of birds asking big questions in my comics. Previously, I’ve had a hummingbird ask about fears. And today’s comic features a pigeon.

After many weeks of working backward, I decided to make this comic the old fashioned way — words first, images second.

I chose a pigeon because of the positive and negative narratives we hear about these birds. Negative: rats with wings! Positive: brilliant navigators! We all have positive and negative personal narratives about ourselves. And the more we repeat these stories in our minds, the more they shape our reality. This may seem daunting, but it can also be empowering. You are the storyteller! What story will you tell next?
